Annual Modelling Competition 2015

As Christmas and New Year draws nearer, this week’s club meeting brought the annual model making competition and quiz.

 

This year’s entries for the competition were placed in the centre of the tables at the start of the evening, ready for judging later on and once everyone had arrived, the quiz began. As usual, this consisted of forty railway related questions, bringing with them the usual fun and banter.

 

Next up was the judging of the competition, this time with a guest judge from Modelmania in Bristol. Once everyone had had the chance to look at all the entries, shown in the pictures below, the winners were announced and trophys distributed. The remainder of the evening was spent chatting. Once again, it was an enjoyable evening.
